On behalf of the entire Executive Board, welcome to the Oconee County Republican Party website! Oconee County is one of eighteen counties within Georgia’s recently reconfigured 10th District.
Along with the #1 school district in Georgia and notoriety as one of the best rural communities to call home, Oconee County has conservative roots as vast as our rolling farmlands. We’re proud to have elected leaders at all levels of government (local, state and federal) who pledge to vote according to our party’s principles, believe our country is exceptional, honor our Constitution, defend our liberty, promote efficient government, champion free markets and represent conservative family values. We are fully committed to building a world-class local support network so that conservative candidates can voice their platform, mobilize resources and win in 2024.
As Chairman, I want to personally encourage you to join our county’s party and, more importantly, get involved and make a difference. From students to retirees, we provide a welcoming environment for Oconee County residents to participate in monthly membership meetings, join political discussions through our Facebook page, share ideas, volunteer to “get out the vote” and serve in leadership roles. Our members thrive on giving back to the community by participating and helping to organize a slate of local events throughout the year. Moreover, our Executive Board is passionate about facilitating educational opportunities for Oconee County residents. Throughout the year, we collaborate on meaningful topics and host numerous elected officials and thought leaders – so that you can learn and interact face-to-face.
